Tutoring in the Classical Christian Tradition
A weekly two-hour class in Poetry, Latin and Music for home educated children aged 5 to 8 years.
Subjects
Poetry
In our poetry lessons, students don’t learn to dissect poetry, they learn to enjoy it and remember it. Our prayer is that the students will leave this class with beautiful thoughts they will never forget.
Latin
Students in our Latin classes encounter the Latin language in the same way they encountered their own language: through conversation, story telling and songs. These lessons are designed to prime the students for a life of hearing and reading Latin.
Music
Through our music lessons, students develop a taste for the most beautiful music of our Western cultural tradition. They learn to listen to and describe what they are hearing, and become familiar with the people, the instruments and the places that gave birth to this music.
Fees
The Semester Two, 2026 fee is $760 for the first child. Each additional child enrolled brings a further 5% discount on the family total.
